Forge Motorsport oil catch can for Alfa Romeo Mito QV/Abarth Punto Evo

The oil catch can kit is designed for the Alfa Romeo Mito 1.4 QV and Abarth Punto EVO. Developed by Forge Motorsport’s in-house development team, it combines a carefully considered design with effective capture of harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unburnt fuel vapours and moisture that would otherwise return to the engine’s intake system.

Extensive testing confirmed that the kit effectively reduces the formation of sludge and carbon deposits. The engine can therefore breathe more easily and operate more efficiently. The oil catch can is also suitable for vehicles planned for more extensive power upgrades in the future.

The 0.4 l (400 cm³) oil catch can is equipped with a dipstick for checking the level and a suitably positioned drain tap for easy emptying.

The inner hose is made from fuel-resistant, smooth, antistatic nitrile rubber. The outer protection is made from reinforced stainless steel braid, combining a partially inner and fully covering outer braid. This design resists pressure-induced stretching and vacuum-induced collapse, and enables operation in a temperature range from 54 °C to +150 °C (-65 °F to 300 °F).

The kit also includes machined aluminium block fittings, black anodised for an appearance similar to the original equipment.
