Racingline RP700 are high-performance rear brake pads designed as a direct replacement for the original pads. They can be used with the original brake calipers and discs, while providing greater resistance to overheating and a more reliable feel at the brake pedal.
This kit is intended for vehicles on the MQB EVO platform with 310 x 22 mm ventilated rear brake discs. It is suitable for numerous performance models from VW, Audi, SEAT, Cupra and Škoda.
RP700 compound
Racingline developed and tested the RP700 friction compound for more than a year on the road and track. It is a medium-friction brake pad with an aramid-fibre compound that combines strong initial bite when the brakes are cold with stability at high temperatures. No special warm-up is required, so the pads perform well both during everyday driving and fast driving on twisty roads.
Particular emphasis was placed on pedal feel during development. Instead of a sharp and abrupt response, the RP700 provides a progressive increase in braking force, making it easier to apply braking power precisely. This is especially useful when braking hard from high speeds and when braking into a corner.

ECE R90 approval
RP700 brake pads have ECE R90 approval and meet the required safety and legal standards for road use, while also being suitable for use on the track.
Recommended use
RP700 are suitable for fast road driving and occasional track visits, while remaining easy to control in everyday traffic.
Important: The kit is intended exclusively for use with 310 x 22 mm ventilated rear discs. Vehicles with solid rear discs require a different RP700 pad kit. When fitting new brake pads, follow the correct bedding-in procedure so that the friction material is transferred correctly to the brake disc and full braking performance is achieved.
