The Racingline silicone turbo outlet hose is a direct replacement for the factory rubber turbocharger hose on EA888.4 engines with a Continental turbocharger and an output of 300–320 hp. It is designed as an addition to the main 3-piece Racingline boost hose kit, sold separately.
The standard turbo outlet hose is made from flexible rubber. At high boost pressure and high temperatures, it can stretch and bend, causing pressure loss, less direct throttle response and reduced turbocharger efficiency. This effect is even more pronounced on modified vehicles with higher boost pressure.
Designed for high boost pressure and high temperatures
Racingline replaces the soft factory hose with a smooth silicone design reinforced internally with wire, so it retains its shape under pressure. This prevents the hose from collapsing and reduces turbulence in the hoses, providing the turbocharger with a more direct and efficient route for air flow.
The hose has been pressure-tested at loads significantly exceeding the turbocharger’s output. The multi-layer silicone outer layer is hand-wrapped for high resistance to cracking and heat, while the inner fluorosilicone layer is resistant to oil and fuel, ensuring a long service life.

Compatibility
The hose is designed for EA888.4 engines with a Continental turbocharger and an output of 300–320 hp, fitted in models such as the Volkswagen Golf VIII R and GTI Clubsport, Audi S3 8Y and CUPRA Formentor VZ5, or comparable versions.
Important: the product is compatible only with the EA888.4 engine version with a Continental turbocharger. It is not suitable for versions with an IHI turbocharger.
