Ultra Racing 4-point rear lower chassis brace for Mazda CX-7 I (ER)

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly noticeable when the vehicle’s body mass is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This results in significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or bodywork, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

The brace helps increase the rigidity of the rear section of the chassis and reduce its twisting.
