Ultra Racing chassis brace for Honda Civic VI EJ/EK and Type R EK9

The car’s chassis is the part that is subjected to the greatest stress during driving. This is particularly evident when the body transfers weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.

In some cases, weight transfer when cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to up to three times more force than the other. This causes significant twisting and deformation of the body, which can result in the tyres losing grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

This is where the Ultra Racing brace comes into its own.
