Ultra Racing chassis reinforcement for Toyota RAV4 XA10

The vehicle’s underbody, or chassis, is the part subjected to the greatest loads during dynamic driving. This is particularly pronounced due to the transfer of the body mass during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.

When cornering, the transfer of mass can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This results in significant loads, body flex and chassis twisting, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis flex and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable driving characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

The Ultra Racing kit for the Toyota RAV4 XA10 consists of two floor reinforcements with three mounting points each, giving six mounting points in total.
