Ultra Racing front lower chassis brace for Audi A4 B5

A car’s chassis is the part of the vehicle that is subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly evident due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or intense acceleration.

In some cases, weight transfer during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to forces up to three times greater than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex as well as body deformation and twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.

This is where the Ultra Racing brace comes into its own.
