Ultra Racing rear chassis reinforcement for Lexus RX III (AL10)

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest stress during dynamic driving. When cornering, braking hard or accelerating, the loads are mainly affected by the transfer of the body’s mass.

When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can lead to twisting and bending of the chassis or bodywork and consequently to a loss of tyre grip.

Chassis flex while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer. The Ultra Racing 2-point rear torsion bar is designed to provide additional chassis reinforcement at the rear of the vehicle.
