Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace for Nissan 370Z Z34, Infiniti G V36 and Nissan Skyline V36

The vehicle chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads while driving. This is particularly noticeable due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and hard acceleration.

In some cases, weight transfer when cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to three times more force than the other. This can result in significant chassis flex, body deformation and torsional twisting, causing the tyres to lose grip.

Chassis deformation and flex when cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
