HG Motorsport chassis brace for VAG MQB and MQB Evo

This CNC-machined HG Motorsport exhaust/subframe brace, made from high-strength aluminium for VAG vehicles, is an essential upgrade. The black anodised finish with machined HG Motorsport logo immediately enhances the appearance and significantly stiffens the front frame. It fits a wide range of VAG vehicles, such as those with 1.6/2.0tdi, 1,8/2.0tsi EA888 and 2.0 TSI EA888 evo engines.

This CNC-manufactured brace made from high-strength aluminium is considerably stiffer than the original pressed-steel exhaust brace. It is positioned lower to provide sufficient clearance even with 3.5-inch exhaust systems. The bolted HG Motorsport brace provides the additional support and increased rigidity required for more precise driving dynamics and noticeably improved handling. It is particularly recommended for vehicles fitted with sports suspension and anti-roll bar kits.

Despite the additional rigidity, the improved dynamics do not compromise ride comfort or create additional noise or vibrations inside the vehicle. It is also ideal for combining with other braces, such as HGSTRBMQB and HGFRSMQB.

Note: The brace is positioned lower than the original part to provide clearance for 3.5-inch exhaust systems. This reduces ground clearance.
