Ultra Racing rear lower chassis brace with 6 mounting points helps reduce body and chassis flex during dynamic driving.
The vehicle chassis is among the parts subjected to the greatest loads during fast driving. These loads are caused mainly by the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking or acceleration.
When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This can cause significant bending or deformation and twisting of the chassis, resulting in loss of tyre grip.
Chassis deformation and twisting during cornering can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
- Design: rear lower chassis brace
